Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We accept returns on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or low-quality item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Shipping time big disappointment

I love the product BUT I ordered on June 21st and paid $16.99 for VIP shipping to receive in 3-7 days. I wanted it for a trip to Hawaii on July 5th. This did not arrive at my home till July 8th after I had left for my Hawaii trip. I was so disappointed and feel this company should refund me what I paid for this VIP shipping.

Too bad! The printing is great and the tee shirt is horrible! Directions said to order size larger than normal. Knowing a lot of cotton tees do shrink, I complied. The tee is NOT cotton. The material is the type that makes you hotter. It also fits like a dress.

Shirt was beautiful! Everyone who sees it is amazed at the artwork. The grandkids in particular were so proud to see their names on a shirt that their grandmother wears. Bottom line, we love it!
